GDPR compliance
Since 25 May 2018 the GDPR is in place. Specialized in contact centres, we guide organisations as DPO. Beside our expertise as DPO, we can also assist you in order to become GDPR compliant or to check your GDPR compliancy.
GDPR certified
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is applicable since 25 May 2018. As from this date all companies, who handle personal data, should do so according to these regulations.
Contact centres often use a large amount of personal data, and many companies are obligated to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). The DPO should execute his/her work independent of the management. We offer this service as a certified, external, and independent DPO.
Other services
We also provide other GDPR services, such as taking care of the communication and follow up if data subjects want to exercise their rights (for example someone wishes all of his personal data to be deleted). This shall include, consistent with your own specific procedure or one provided by us, the communication with the data subject and keeping the inventory up to date.
As controller, being responsible for processing of the personal data, it is crucial that, beside yourself, your processors, processing personal data on behalf of you, do this according to the regulations of the GDPR. We can take the lead in the audit on your behalf, or assist you as trained GDPR auditor.
Your employees should respect these regulations as well. We can take the lead and give trainings for awareness building and audit internally on regular basis.
Our employees have obtained the necessary certificates, both in the DPO as to carry out audits.
